Crystal Quest Whole House RO Systems are backed by more than 25 years of experience and are engineered for long-term performance when properly maintained. Each system is tested in-house before shipping, arrives operational, and requires minimal plumbing. With regular prefilter and membrane changes, these systems are designed to last approximately 15 to 20 years.

These whole house reverse osmosis systems are modular, economical, and designed for low operational maintenance. With 9 different flow rates available, customers can choose a system sized to match their home’s water demand, space, and purification needs.

Reverse osmosis is one of the strongest water purification methods available for whole-home use. This system is designed for customers who want purified water throughout the home, not just at one faucet.

Each system is compact, space-saving, expandable, lightweight, fully equipped, and customizable. Components are easy to access for maintenance and service, helping reduce long-term operating and maintenance costs.

Storage Tank Kit Components

Each whole house RO storage tank kit includes the core components needed to produce, store, and deliver purified water throughout the home.

RO System
The commercial-grade RO system is available in capacities ranging from 200 to 7,000 gallons per day, also known as GPD. Every system includes prefiltration to help extend the life of the reverse osmosis membranes.

Water Tank
Purified water is stored in an atmospheric water storage tank. Tank size options include 165 gallons, 220 gallons, or 500 gallons, depending on the selected system, household needs, and available installation space.

Pump
As water is used inside the home, the pump moves water from the atmospheric storage tank into the household plumbing system as needed.

Float Switches
Float switches inside the water tank regulate when the RO system turns on and off based on the tank’s water level.

Optional 12 GPM UV Water Sterilizer

For added protection, an optional 12 GPM UV Water Sterilizer is available. This upgrade is designed to help prevent microbiological contamination and provide an additional layer of treatment after reverse osmosis filtration.

Alkalizing Postfilter Options

Optional alkalizing postfilter configurations are available to enhance the alkalinity of water before it enters the home. Customers can choose from several options, including natural alkalizing, mineralizing, and oxidation whole house filter upgrades.

Remineralizer System

Because pure reverse osmosis water contains no minerals and can sometimes be slightly acidic, Healthy Hydro Supply Co offers optional remineralizer systems for whole house RO applications.

The remineralizer system is designed based on gallons-per-day consumption. It adds essential minerals back into purified water and adjusts pH to help protect plumbing and fixtures while improving taste and overall water quality.

Remineralizer Options by System Size:

• 300–2,500 GPD: Single Big Blue Alkalizer / Remineralizer
• 4,000–5,000 GPD: Remineralizer System, 1.5 cubic feet
• 7,000 GPD: Remineralizer System, 2.0 cubic feet

Customers who want highly alkaline water may choose a larger remineralizer system than the standard recommendation.

Water with a pH below 6.4 is not recommended for human or livestock consumption. Using a remineralizer as post-treatment helps enhance pH and alkalinity and may help prevent potential damage to plumbing and fixtures caused by acidic water.

Highly alkaline water may have an unpleasant taste to some users. This taste may be described as plastic-like, metallic, chlorine-like, or fish-like.

Stainless-Steel Rotary Vane Pump
Provides a longer lifespan and increased resistance to high TDS feed water and corrosive materials, including dosing chemicals and antiscalants.

Concentrate Recycle Valve
Helps increase RO system efficiency by recycling wastewater back into the feed stream and improving system recovery.

SWP Digital Dual TDS Controller
Allows simultaneous monitoring of both feed TDS and permeate TDS levels. This helps monitor RO system salt rejection and membrane performance.

SWP Digital TDS Controller
Allows monitoring of either feed TDS or permeate TDS levels.

SWP Digital TDS / Conductivity Controller
Allows monitoring of RO permeate water TDS and conductivity levels, which is useful for evaluating overall system performance.

Computer Controller with Feed Flush
Provides pre-treatment lockout functionality, tank level input, and an LED status display indicator for easier system operation.

Chemical Pump Outlet
