Description
The Crystal Quest C-100 Controller is an economical monitoring and control solution designed for light commercial reverse osmosis systems .Available from Healthy Hydro Supply Co. It helps manage key RO system functions, including pump operation, inlet valve control, membrane flushing, pressure switch monitoring, storage tank level monitoring, and water quality status.
This controller provides relays for the RO pump, inlet solenoid valve, and membrane flush solenoid valve. Dry contact switch inputs monitor the storage tank level, low-pressure switch signal, high-pressure switch signal, and system lockout for pretreatment backwash or regeneration during on/off operation.
All inputs and outputs are controlled with time delays to support proper system operation. This helps the RO unit operate more reliably by coordinating pump, valve, flush, pressure, and tank-level signals.
The C-100 Controller also includes a TDS monitor with sensor, rated for a 0–1000 PPM range. The TDS value includes a field-adjustable set point for setting the water quality threshold. If the threshold is exceeded, the controller can produce a system warning, helping users monitor RO membrane performance and overall water quality.
A three-digit LED display and visual LED indicators provide clear feedback for water quality and operating status. The controller also includes jumper-selectable flush type, jumper-selectable switch inputs, TDS calibration adjustment, TDS setpoint adjustment, quick-disconnect high-voltage terminals, plug-in terminals for switch inputs, and a panel-mountable enclosure.
